Cégep du Vieux Montréal is a CEGEP (Collège d'enseignement général et Professionnel, or College of General and Vocational) is located at 255 Ontario Street East, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. And vocational schools affiliated with the ACCC, and CCAA.
In 1967, a number of organizations have been merged and become public, when Quebec's CEGEPs system was created. Founded in 1968, it was included in a separate pavilion. Since 1976, it has been gathered into one, single 11-story building, but with three secondary stall.
Cégep is reputed to have the student movement is very powerful: it's well known for the students to actively participate in the strike, involved in every major warning students in Quebec since its inception , including the attacks in 2005. 2012 Quebec student strike has also recently witnessed the CEGEP play a central role.
